Ingredients for 2 servings:
3 big potatoes
a spoonful of mustard
1/2 cup of breadcrump
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small disks.
Put them in a roasting pan and pour the oil and the mustard in as well. Mix with your hands so the potatoes will be covered in the mustard/oil blend. You'll get dirty but the result is worth it :P
Bake the potatoes until they're golden and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. Turn them over from time to time whilst they are cooking to make sure they colour on all sides.
This can be a full meal by itself or serve as an accompanying dish.
